Privacy Policy for the Farida IPTV app on LG webOS TVs and Android phones, tablets and TV boxes

Farida IPTV تطبيق لتشغيل اشتراك IPTV بتاعك على شاشات LG وعلى أجهزة أندرويد (الموبايل والتابلت وأجهزة Android TV). التطبيق مشغّل بس، ومفيهوش أي قنوات أو أفلام أو محتوى. أنت اللي بتدخّل بيانات اشتراكك من مزوّد الخدمة بتاعك.
كل ده بيفضل على جهازك بس. إحنا مش بنستلم أي حاجة منه. وعلى أندرويد، التطبيق مش بيتعمله نسخة احتياطية على حساب جوجل، فالبيانات دي مش بتطلع من الجهاز.
التطبيق بيكلّم مزوّد الـ IPTV اللي انت كتبت عنوانه بس: عشان تسجيل الدخول، وقوائم القنوات والأفلام والمسلسلات، وجدول البرامج، وتشغيل البث. على شاشات LG، لو الشاشة رفضت الطلب المباشر، خدمة صغيرة تابعة للتطبيق على نفس الشاشة بتعمل الطلب بداله. وعلى أندرويد، التطبيق نفسه بيعمل الطلبات دي من جهازك. مفيش أي بيانات بتتبعت لينا أو لأي طرف تالت (غير تحميل قائمة تفعيل Plus على الشاشات والكمبيوتر، وكود التجربة المجانية، تحت).
نسخة أندرويد مجانية أول ١٤ يوم، وبعدها فريدة Plus بيتشترى مرة واحدة من جوجل بلاي. الشراء كله بيتم جوه جوجل بلاي: إحنا مش بنشوف ولا بنستلم بيانات الدفع أو الكارت أو إيميلك. جوجل بلاي بيقول للتطبيق على جهازك بس إن Plus اتشترى، والتطبيق بيحفظ ده على الجهاز. بيانات الشراء عند جوجل بتمشي على سياسة خصوصية جوجل.
على الشاشات والكمبيوتر، Plus بيتفعّل لكل جهاز لوحده: التطبيق بيعرض كود الجهاز وكود QR تبعتلنا بيه الكود على واتساب أو الإيميل لو حبيت تشتري، والدفع بيتم برّه التطبيق بالطريقة اللي نتفق عليها. بعد الدفع بنضيف للكود ده سطر تفعيل موقّع في قائمة عامة على GitHub، والتطبيق بيقرا القائمة دي عشان يعرف إن الجهاز متفعّل. القائمة فيها أكواد الأجهزة والتوقيعات بس، من غير أسماء أو أرقام أو أي بيانات شخصية. التطبيق مش بيبعت أي حاجة غير طلب عادي لتحميل القائمة. اللي بتبعته لنا بنفسك (الكود ووسيلة التواصل) بنستخدمه للتفعيل والرد عليك بس.
عشان مسح التطبيق وتنزيله تاني مايبدأش التجربة المجانية من الأول، التطبيق بيبعت لسيرفر التجربة بتاعنا (على Cloudflare) كود مشتق من الجهاز بطريقة مايترجعش منها حاجة، ومعاه تاريخ أول تشغيل. على أندرويد الكود ده محسوب من معرّف أندرويد الخاص بالتطبيق، وعلى الشاشات من بصمة مكوّنات الجهاز. على الكمبيوتر الكود محسوب من معرّف ويندوز، والتاريخ بيتحفظ كمان في فولدر بيانات البرنامج على جهازك. السيرفر بيحفظ الكود والتاريخ (ومنهم بنعرف عدد الأجهزة اللي فتحت التطبيق كل يوم)، ومش بيعرف مين انت ولا بيشوف اشتراكك. وأول مرة جهاز جديد يكلّم السيرفر، بيتسجّل كمان عنوان الـ IP اللي جه منه والبلد والمدينة واسم شركة الإنترنت ونوع الجهاز، عشان نفرّق بين الأجهزة الحقيقية وبرامج الفحص الأوتوماتيكي ونحمي السيرفر من الإساءة. البيانات دي بتتمسح لوحدها بعد 30 يوم.
موقع فريدة بيعدّ مرات تنزيل التطبيق: بيحفظ اليوم واسم الملف والبلد. ومع كل تنزيل بيتعدّ، بيتسجّل عنوان الـ IP والمدينة واسم شركة الإنترنت، عشان نفرّق بين الناس وبرامج الفحص الأوتوماتيكي ونحمي الموقع من الإساءة، وده بيتمسح لوحده بعد 30 يوم. وعشان التنزيل المتكرر من نفس العنوان في نفس اليوم مايتعدّش مرتين، بيتحفظ رقم مشتق من العنوان بيتمسح بعد يومين. مفيش كوكيز ولا تتبّع، والبيانات دي مابنبيعهاش ولا بنديها لحد.
التطبيق بيطلب صلاحية الإنترنت، عشان يوصل لمزوّد الخدمة بتاعك، وصلاحية الشراء من جوجل بلاي (عشان فريدة Plus). مش بيطلب الموقع ولا الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الملفات.
المحتوى وبيانات اشتراكك عند مزوّد الـ IPTV اللي اخترته، وليه سياسة خصوصية خاصة بيه. إحنا مش مسؤولين عن المحتوى اللي بيقدّمه.
التطبيق مش موجّه للأطفال. قنوات الكبار مخفية من الأول، وممكن تغيّر ده من الإعدادات.
من الإعدادات ← تغيير الحساب بيتمسح الحساب المحفوظ. ولو شلت التطبيق من الشاشة أو الموبايل، كل بياناته بتتمسح. وعلى أندرويد كمان: إعدادات الجهاز ← التطبيقات ← Farida IPTV ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات.

Farida IPTV is a player for your own IPTV subscription on LG TVs and on Android devices (phones, tablets and Android TV boxes). The app is a player only: it does not include or provide any channels, films or other content. You enter the details of the subscription you get from your own provider.
All of this stays on your device. We do not receive any of it. On Android, the app is excluded from backups to your Google account, so this data does not leave the device.
The app only contacts the IPTV provider whose address you entered: to sign in, load the channel, film and series lists and the programme guide, and play streams. On LG TVs, if the TV blocks a direct request, a small service that belongs to the app makes the same request from the same TV. On Android, the app makes these requests itself, from your device. No data is sent to us or to any third party (apart from downloading the Plus activation list on TVs and the PC, and the free-trial code, below).
The Android app is free for the first 14 days; after that, Farida Plus is a one-time purchase on Google Play. The whole purchase happens inside Google Play: we do not see or receive your payment or card details or your email address. Google Play only tells the app on your device that Plus was bought, and the app stores that on the device. Google handles the purchase details under the Google Privacy Policy.
On TVs and the PC, Plus is activated per device: the app shows a device code and a QR code you can use to send us that code on WhatsApp or by e-mail if you want to buy, and payment happens outside the app in the way we agree on. Once paid, we add a signed activation line for that code to a public list on GitHub, and the app reads that list to see that the device is activated. The list holds only device codes and signatures, no names, numbers or other personal data. The app sends nothing except an ordinary request to download the list. What you send us yourself (the code and your contact) is used only to activate and to reply to you.
So that removing and reinstalling the app does not start the free trial again, the app sends our trial server (on Cloudflare) a code derived from the device in a way that cannot be reversed, together with the date the app first started. On Android the code is computed from the app's Android ID; on TVs from the device's hardware. On the PC the code is computed from the Windows machine ID, and the date is also kept in the program's data folder on your computer. The server stores that code and date (which also tells us how many devices opened the app each day); it does not know who you are and never sees your subscription. The first time a new device contacts the server, it also records the IP address it came from, the country, city, internet provider and the kind of device, to tell real devices from automatic scanners and to protect the server from abuse. This is deleted automatically after 30 days.
The Farida website counts downloads of the app: it keeps the day, the file and the country. With each counted download it also records the IP address, city and internet provider, to tell people from automatic scanners and to protect the site from abuse; this is deleted automatically after 30 days. So that repeated downloads from the same address on the same day count once, it keeps a value derived from the address that is deleted after two days. No cookies, no tracking, and this data is never sold or shared.
The app asks for internet access, to reach your provider, and for Google Play purchases (for Farida Plus). It does not ask for your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
The content and your subscription details are held by the IPTV provider you chose, which has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content it provides.
The app is not directed at children. Adult categories are hidden by default and can be changed in Settings.
Settings → Change account removes the saved sign-in. Removing the app from the TV or phone deletes all of its data. On Android you can also use the device's Settings → Apps → Farida IPTV → Storage → Clear data.
If anything changes, we will update this page and its date.
